Situated directly on the Offas Dyke footpath, this friendly licensed guest house offers excellent value for money accommodation, with views overlookiong the Black Mountains.

We a have a car park with parking for ten cars. There are 4 steps down from the car park with a handrail. There is also access from the car park down a slope to the road and there is a ramp from the road to the pavement. There is a metal ramp to the main entrance.

Access to the bedrooms is via the main lounge with one step down to the bar area. There is a further step up to the start of the staircase. There are 7 steps up to a small landing and then 5 further steps to the lower hall.

Bedroom 2 has a step down from the lower hall. There are 2 steps to the upper hall and a further step on the left to bedroom 3. There is a step on the right to the bathroom and bedroom 1.

There is a bus stop outside the guest house with hourly services to Abergavenny and Hereford. The main railway station is in Abergavenny, approx 15 minutes by car. Other facilities include:
